Close, mutual business relations as partners and contractors exist with the companies in the EADS European aircraft manufacturing consortium. We are processing a broad selection of products for the various Airbus options: from plain washers to the window-frames and safety-relevant components such as the elevator bolt or the large floor supports.

Large components - Our options

Nehlsen-BWB can even finish large and heavy light metal components: our hard anodising unit coats aluminium parts up to 3.5 tonnes in weight. This means that it is possible, for example, to manufacture ceramic hard oxide layers on aluminium tool moulds. Thanks to the high resistance to wear and corrosion, this means that a significantly longer lifetime can be achieved.
