At the Schlieren plant, BWB-Betschart AG is able to offer Ematal and hard Ematal processes, as well as hard anodising. Using the Ematal process, aluminium parts are finished with a highly wear-resistant, smooth and pore-free surface with very good sliding properties. The coating is especially practical for carrying out even on parts with complicated shapes, achieving an even coating thickness and coating characteristics throughout.
