Anodising / hard anodising

BWB offers all established anodising processes for aviation. In addition to sulfuric acid anodisation, these include chromic acid anodisation (CAA), tartaric acid anodisation (TSA) and phosphorus-sulfuric acid anodisation (PSA).

Chromating

Due to the excellent corrosion protection, chromating has become indispensable in aviation. The Bonderite MC 1200 AERO, Bonderite M-CR Alumigold and SurTec 650 processes serve as adhesive primers and adhesion promoters for coatings.

Passivation & chromating

Painting

In aviation, special primers and topcoats are used to meet the high safety requirements. BWB applies primers, topcoats and conductive coatings, adhesive pretreatments with BR127, anti-erosion coatings, potion room coatings, as well as heat-resistant and abrasion-resistant coatings.
