On Tuesday, June 3, 2025, this change of leadership was celebrated with the workforce at a dessert dinner – a moment of appreciation for what has been achieved and confidence for the steps ahead.
Thomas Schnyder, previously Head of AVOR and Quality Assurance, brings with him many years of experience in production planning and process optimization. Christian Schneider, previously Team Leader of Industrial Production, complements the new management team with his deep technical understanding and proximity to day-to-day operations. Together they stand for continuity, team spirit and further development.
Special thanks go to the entire workforce in Altenrhein, which has developed into a strong, committed team over the past few years and has made a significant contribution to BWB’s success.
Benedikt Buck will remain with BWB – in future with a new role in Sales. We would like to thank him warmly for his great commitment and foresight over the past few years and wish him a successful start and much joy in his new role.
