Electropolishing of the highest purity

BWB offers electropolishing of stainless steel components at its sites in Dresden, La Chaux-de-Fonds and now also in Rudolfstetten. The new production line in Rudolfstetten is characterized by maximum purity, as all treatment steps are reserved exclusively for electropolishing. This ensures that contamination from other galvanic processes is excluded.

Flexible production capacities

The cleanliness of the system is clearly visible, especially through the clear rinsing baths, although several thousand parts are already running through the system every week. Production is extremely flexible and we adapt to the individual requirements of our customers – whether for coating individual parts or handling larger series orders. We ensure that we offer customized solutions for every need, for example by producing individual clip-on frames for large series.

Efficient working with gantry crane and large goods window

A dedicated gantry crane with a payload of up to 500 kg enables efficient and ergonomic working. The fabric window of 1100 x 700 x 400 mm also allows the handling of particularly large and heavy parts at the BWB plant in Rudolfstetten.

For the medical technology and watch industry

BWB-Ampho’s electropolishing is ISO 13485 certified for the more stringent requirements of medical technology. The focus in La Chaux-de-Fonds is also on small parts for the watch industry.

For our customers in Germany

The plant in Dresden offers electropolishing with a fabric window of 1200 x 700 x 500 mm, with additional specialization in aviation.

With these advanced facilities and its specialization in maximum purity, BWB has positioned itself as a reliable partner for customers in the medical technology, watchmaking, mechanical engineering and aviation industries, both in German- and French-speaking Switzerland and in Germany.
