BWB Surface Technology once again demonstrated its compliance with the highest quality standards during the SQS maintenance audit in December. The intensive testing at the Stans-Oberdorf and Altenrhein sites confirms that the quality management system continues to meet the requirements of ISO standard EN9100. It builds on the normative basis of ISO 9001 and is specifically tailored to the aerospace industry.
The auditors also visited BWB in Schlieren and Rudolfstetten and ensured that both the quality and environmental aspects of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards are complied with and continuously improved at these sites too.
Gil Brunner, Head of Quality Management, explains: "This is not a one-off achievement, but a dynamic process that helps us to react flexibly to new challenges and requirements."
