SurTec 650 passivated aluminum components are also used in the interior fittings of aircraft cabins. For these thin-walled profiles and precisely manufactured lightweight elements, the adhesive bonding of the surface plays a key role in addition to corrosion protection. The process offers an ideal adhesive base for a wide range of applications and guarantees a permanently secure bond - even under the specific stresses of aviation.

The recertification - SurTec 650 for Aerospace

The SurTec 650 process was successfully tested and requalified at the Altenrhein site in accordance with the Applicator Qualification Process (AQP).
