"Stability, focus, responsibility, performance and development are also central to an apprenticeship: an apprenticeship is a balancing act for young people. They learn to deal with successes and failures, to motivate themselves and to stick with it," explains Kim Wunderlin, who supports the apprentices as a coach in all matters.
"The Brändi Foundation shows how valuable every contribution can be in a supportive environment - a real example of an inclusive and strong community," Emilia sums up the second stage of the day, adding: "Everyone was impressed by how large and diverse the Brändi Foundation is."
