Planning & development
The durability of aluminium components depends on the combination of aluminium alloy and the appropriate surface for the application.
New coatings for special customer requirements are developed and intensively tested in BWB's state-of-the-art development laboratory. Using state-of-the-art equipment technology, we provide our customers with analysis and development services at attractive conditions.
Material procurement & analysis
The choice of alloy and its purity is crucial for the quality of a component and its surface. For our customers we take care of the procurement of the base material or check the suitability of the customer parts for the coating process by means of material analysis.

Production & quality
In CNC machining and surface coating, we attach great importance to compliance with tolerance requirements in the micrometer range and rely on careful quality control for this purpose. This includes in-process controls during the machining and coating of the aluminium as well as non-destructive final controls. We use advanced technologies such as 3D measurement and penetrant crack testing to ensure that our aluminium components are of the highest quality.
Logistics
BWB operates its own vans and trucks to meet the logistics needs of its customers, and also works with logistics partners to provide a broader range of delivery options. In addition, BWB takes care of customs clearance and international shipping upon request to simplify the entire logistics process for its customers.
Certification
BWB operations have a comprehensive quality management system according to ISO 9001 and additional market-specific certificates such as Nadcap for aviation, ISO 13485 for medical technology or Qualanod for construction. Our many years of experience with audits, the traceability of our production processes and our disciplined quality management system enable us to obtain new approvals promptly upon customer request.
