The BWB plant in Altenrhein is equipped with a state-of-the-art coating machine. In a fully automated process, aluminium components are pre-treated, anodized and dyed on product carriers. This technology offers unparalleled process reliability and guarantees maximum continuity in coloring and coating thickness.

Technical coatings

In addition to the dyeing processes, the fully automated system has process technology for state-of-the-art technical coatings. This includes passivation coatings such as Surtec and hard anodizing. In addition, BWB in Altenrhein also offers the innovative Heloxal process, which impresses with its outstanding corrosion resistance and dielectric strength.
