A small badge with a big impact

The festival badge is 35×35 mm in size and 2 mm thick, made of aluminum. Despite its small size, it is a striking eye-catcher. It was manufactured entirely in Switzerland and is the result of intensive collaboration between various companies in the region. After a thorough selection process, Schätti AG Metallwarenfabrik from Schwanden in the canton of Glarus was awarded the contract for the design of the badge and took over the coordination of the entire production process. In a precise process, the aluminium plates were punched, anodized red at BWB and then the ESAF logo was engraved onto the badge using a laser.

BWB specializes in anodizing aluminium to effectively protect it from mechanical and chemical influences. With color anodizing, the protective oxide layer is additionally refined by incorporating color pigments into the anodized layer. BWB offers a standard selection of 26 different colors for industrial design.
