Cleaning and de-greasing

The corrosion-resistance, adhesiveness and quality of a varnish coating are determined by the subsurface, which needs to be suitably pre-treated and cleared of greases, oils, separating agents, dirt and layers of corrosion:

Our varnishes and colours range from special varnishes to highly weatherproof, self-cleaning fluoropolymer paints, to every hue on the RAL and NCS colour spectrum. And when it comes to architecture, BWB also has a colour system that reproduces the shades of the anodising colour chart in a wet finish.

The processes are combined as necessary on a case-by-case basis to obtain the ideal outcome for the respective application. As the effectiveness of the pre-treatments is not permanent, the varnish coating is applied straight after the pre-treatment.
