About us
In 1963, the first anodising plant of BWB Surface Technology was built in the canton of Nidwalden. Since then, BWB has grown steadily to become the leading Swiss supplier of aluminum coatings. Today, the BWB Group operates 12 production sites in Switzerland, Germany, Romania and the Netherlands.

The ongoing quest for improvement is reflected in the quality of the BWB. Numerous certifications, including EN 9100, ISO 13485 and Nadcap, confirm the high quality of BWB’s services.
Environmental protection
BWB is committed to climate protection and has concluded a target agreement with the Swiss Federal Administration until 2024. In this way, the BWB commits itself to a permanent reduction in energy expenditure by optimally exploiting the potential for savings.

Training
BWB offers young people a variety of apprenticeships. Apprenticeships vary by location and area of activity. Contact the location near you for a personal interview and a taster day.
Without knowing it, everyone comes into contact with galvanically treated surfaces on a daily basis. From eyeglass frames to circuit boards and connectors in coffee machines, from chrome-plated faucets to galvanized elements in cars - galvanized surfaces are everywhere.
