Exhibition Salutary Failures in the Kunsthalle Basel

Swiss artist Raphael Hefti, known for his experimental methods and materials, presents his new works in his largest exhibition to date. Spread over the five rooms, Hefti presents his answers to the conventions of painting and sculpture. Hefti's works, created under high tension, celebrate the potential of material volatility and failure. The impressive material experiments also include surprising anodised surfaces from BWB Surface Technology, whose interplay of colours and light is truly astonishing.
