The strips running along the façade of the 80-m-high Hardturm Park apartment block were dyed in dark turquoise using the Sandalor® S160 process. Loggias, panoramic windows and strip windows made from aluminium alternate with each other, adding rich contrasts. The building has capacity for 121 freehold apartments, a 196-room four-star hotel, a restaurant, café, conference rooms, a ballroom and offices.
